Q:How do my Customers enroll in AutoShip?
A: It’s easy! If your Customer has an existing SeneGence Customer profile, (user name and password), they simply log in to your SeneSite or CDO site and click on “AutoShip." If a Customer does not have an existing profile, when they first click on “AutoShip” they will be prompted to create one. From there, they click on the “Order” tab then select “Add New Order” from the menu. They then select the beauty product(s) they wish to receive; and the order date and frequency. Next, they add the credit card(s) they wish to use for order payment. Once finished, they click on “Save Order” and the order is complete. Both you and your Customer will receive a confirmation email with every order. Your Customer will receive their product shipped directly to them, from the SeneGence warehouse (the product order is not shipped by you).

Q: What beauty products are available for AutoShip?
A: Any SenseCosmetics or SeneDerm product or collection currently available for sale on SeneSites or CDO sites (with the exception of limited-time promotional offerings) may be ordered for AutoShip orders.

Q: Is there a fee to participate in AutoShip?
A: Yes. The fee for Distributor participation in the AutoShip program is the same as it is with the CDO program; SeneSite subscribers pay 7.5% of the total suggested retail price for each AutoShip order and Distributors who do not have SeneSite offering beauty products for on line purchases through the CDO program will be charged 10% of the suggested retail price for each customers’ AutoShip order.

Q: How do I earn retail profit or commissions on my Customer’s AutoShip orders?
A:
Retail profit that Distributors earn for AutoShip orders placed by Customers will be distributed twice each month (same as CDO orders) and issued to the Distributors’ SeneCash Account found in the Distributors’ Back Office and can be tracked within the SeneCash ledger. Distributors’ earned Downline Commissions and Group Sales Volume Bonuses for PV generated through AutoShip will be calculated and distributed in the normal manner. 

Q: How do I, as a Distributor, participate in the AutoShip Program?
A: Participation in AutoShip is a standard SeneGence Customer Service Program offered to all Distributors with SeneSites or who have opted into CDO to help improve Customer service and Customer retention. As a participant, any of your Customers will be able to place AutoShip orders, at any time.

Q: Am I able to view my Customer’s AutoShip orders?
A: Yes. There is a “Customer Order” page available to view all of your customers' product orders. You may access this page from the Distributor Back Office>Customers>AutoShip.

Q: What happens to my Customer’s AutoShip order if I become inactive or unavailable as a Distributor?
A: If you become inactive as a SeneGence Distributor, the AutoShip Customer(s) will be transferred to the next active and participating SeneSite Distributor Upline from you. AutoShip orders will not be affected or interrupted by the transfer.

Q: What if a product on my Customer’s AutoShip order goes out of stock?
A: If a product ordered through AutoShip becomes temporarily out-of-stock, a back-order will be created on the scheduled order date. The Customer’s credit card will not be charged until the order is shipped, on the date in which the backorder is fulfilled. However, complete promotional credit will still apply to the order, including for the temporarily unavailable product. Retired products will be automatically removed from AutoShip orders. Both the Distributor and the Customer will be notified via email if either of these instances occur.

Q: What shipping options are available?
A: All orders will be shipped Ground only. Shipments within and to Alaska and Hawaii are omitted from participation.

Q: What are the incentives offered that make enrollment into the AutoShip program appealing for my Customers?
A: There are many benefits to Customers who enroll in AutoShip, especially the convenience of not having to remember to re-order their favorite and necessary SeneGence products (and preventing impulse purchasing of other products on-the-run). Plus Customers will enjoy incentives like Free Shipping and Free Gifts

Q: What are the benefits to me when my Customers sign up through AutoShip?
A: Building a Customer base of AutoShip Kiss Me Club Customers increases Customer retention and exponentially helps to increase sales income (and Downline Commission and Group Sales Volume Bonuses for those building a Downline) as Customers are added to the AutoShip program with each passing month. Participating Distributors do not have to plan for the purchase and delivery or associated overhead of the inventory to service AutoShip orders. SeneGence sends, at it own expense, free products and offers free shipping to qualifying Customers at no charge to Distributors. Still, Distributors earn retail profits and Downline Commissions for all Customers’ AutoShip orders. Additionally, if qualified, Distributors will receive commissions on AutoShip orders placed through their Downline Distributors.

Q: What is the AutoShip product return policy?
A: Product returns from a Customer are to be returned to the selling Distributor. The selling Distributor then either exchanges the product or requests that the Customer ship returned product to the Distributor  if a refund is desired. A refund (if requested) is issued to the Customer from the selling Distributor (pursuant to the SeneGence product return policy) for the total suggested retail price amount, less a 10% restocking fee. Such refund, if issued by SeneGence, will be charged against outstanding SeneCash or subsequent retail profits or commissions otherwise due to the Distributor. The SeneGence Distributor then handles the return of product back to SeneGence in the same manner returns are handled through the RMA system.

Q: How many AutoShip orders may Customers generate at one time?
A: Unlimited! Your Customers may place as many AutoShip orders as they desire and schedule each order to be shipped at the frequency that works best for them, based on how often they use a specific product. For example, they may choose to receive SeneDerm SkinCare every two months, receive their favorite LipSense shades every 3 months, and receive LipSense Glossy Gloss monthly. The choice is theirs (along with your guidance and advice).

Q: Once an AutoShip order has been placed, are my Customers able to change the order frequency or add to the content?
A: Yes, Customers may access the Order Summary section of the Customer AutoShip Account and modify any order at any time prior to the next scheduled shipment date. They have the option to add or delete a product, change the ship date (either one time or permanently), or change the order payment method.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?
A: No fees are charged for canceling a SeneGence AutoShip order. However, an order can not be reactivated once it has been cancelled. A new order must be created.

Q: Will I be notified when my Customer’s order ships?
A: Yes, both the Distributor and the Customer will receive an email with order confirmation. The Customer can access the status of any order online, in their Customer AutoShip Account.

Q: What forms of payment may Customers use?
A: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards are the forms of payment accepted. Within the “Payment Vault” section of the Customer AutoShip Account online, Customers can enter and store the information for multiple credit cards. Customers may choose which card to use as payment for any order placed or any order period.

Q: Is the credit card information stored in the AutoShip payment vault secure?
A: Yes.  To ensure the security of the Customer’s credit card information SeneGence adheres to the standard guidelines determined by the Payment Card Industry (PCI) for handling, transmitting and storing credit card data.  The SeneGence credit card entry page utilizes encryption, ensuring all information submitted is protected from unauthorized access as it passes over the Internet.  To further safeguard sensitive data, all stored credit cards are held in a PCI compliant system that has achieved a Level-1 certification (the highest level of security possible).  Additionally SeneGence never displays the entire credit card number on the site.

Q: What is the “First Kiss Program”?
A: The First Kiss Program offers an additional advantage for LipSense- loving Customers and AutoShip participants.  Customers may select to automatically receive one each of every new LipSense shade as it is launched into the market place. SeneGence occasionally adds new colors to the line (approximately 6 to 10 new shades per year) and LipSense fans will be thrilled to be amongst the first to automatically receive new colors to add to their collections. First Kiss Program members will be notified and charged upon shipment of each LipSense product and will receive FREE SHIPPING with every First Kiss Program order as an additional member benefit. Product ships directly from SeneGence, the same as with regular AutoShip orders.

Q: Who may place AutoShip orders?
A: The AutoShip program is available to registered Customers. Distributors may not place AutoShip orders.

Q: What countries is AutoShip available in?
A: AutoShip is available in the lower 48 contiguous United States only (not available in Alaska, Hawaii or offshore U.S. territories).
